Dinner and a Movie Night
Join us for dinner and movi
e night on Friday, November 15th at 6 p.m. in the Social Hall. Spaghetti Dinner is $10. Snacks will be provided for the movie. The movie is “God's Not Dead”. Sponsored by the Youth Ministry as a fundraiser for future youth gatherings. A sign-up sheet is on the table in the Narthex.
A Women's Retreat
Join us for A Woman's Retreat on January 24 & 25. Sharla Fritz, a Christian author and speaker will share light-hearted stories and thought-provoking applications, making Bible study fun. Sharla will present four sessions from her book, Divine Design. They will be What Not to Wear - God's Style, Clear out your Spiritual Closet 101, Clean out your spiritual closet 1
02 and Look in the Mirror - A New You. Meet & Greet on Friday 6:30-8 p.m. with refreshments. Retreat on Saturday 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. with light breakfast and lunch provided. Registration fee is $35 if you register before December 1st. Fee is $40 after that date. Registration deadline is January 6, 2025. Novemberfest
Join us for our 45th annual Novemberfest on November 9th from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Novemberfest is a marketplace of unique crafts and home decor where you can do your gift shopping. We have items for spring, summer, fall, winter, holidays and much more, from nativities to wall hangings and quilts and even kitchen items. Our bake shoppe has homemade goodies from jams and jellies to cakes and brownies. Stop by our plant sale in the Education Bldg. and look around for Lizzie, our Comfort Dog. She will be looking for snuggles and hugs. Drawing - donation tickets $2 or three for $5. Drawing at 2 p.m. and you do not have to be present to win. Lunch will be available for $10 and includes a hamburger combo with baked beans, potato salad, chips and a drink. This is a fundraiser for our Youth for District and National Youth Gatherings. Blankets for the Homeless
Winter is Coming! We are collecting new and gently used blankets and sleeping bags during the month of October for our homeless friends. Please bring your donations to our Hearts of Compassion Clothes Closet on Tuesdays from 4-6 p.m. or Thursday 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. Our clothes closet is located at Trinity Lutheran Church, 12391 Mercy Blvd, Savannah.
