What does Property Management do?

Our Property Management Team is responsible for the overall facilities and grounds that comprise Trinity Lutheran Church. This includes the Main Building, Education Building, storage sheds, garden areas, lawn areas and parking areas. This includes purchases, repairs, replacements or modification of church property and equipment, capital projects, maintaining property files, security and protection of church assets, landscaping, mowing and edging, computers and A/V and electronics, kitchen, HVAC and electrical and general care and maintenance of buildings. Our small group of dedicated volunteers are responsible for every aspect of taking care of the building and grounds. They cut and trim the grass and trees, replace burnt out light bulbs, handle the replacement of air conditioning filters, building projects, small repairs to facility and much more.
